About this gig
You make documentary videos? Well, You know the feeling.
Three weeks of research. A script you rewrote six times. You hit publish, refresh your analytics... and watch retention fall off a cliff at 0:36.
The story was good. The edit didn't do it justice.
I build every edit around one moment: when you watch your own video back and get chills. When the comments say "this deserves millions of views." When strangers binge your channel at 2am.
That's what a documentary edit should do. Make people feel the story, not just watch it.
Vox, Johnny Harris, or a style that becomes unmistakably yours:
-A hook that makes clicking away feel impossible
-Maps, archival and motion graphics that land like revelations
-Sound design that makes viewers lean in
-Pacing that turns 20 minutes into "wait, it's over?"
And I obsess over what you'd hate to see in the comments. A wrong date. A misspelled name. Not on my watch.
As a documentary video editor, I take on a few channels at a time, because your story deserves an editor who's obsessed with it, not one rushing to the next order.
Please message me before ordering, I'll tell you honestly if I'm the right editor for it.

FAQ
What do you need from me?
Message me, provide detailed brief of the video. (Eg: what is the video about?, Share the voiceover file, and if any references you have. I'll handle the rest!
I don't know if my video is for this gig?
If you have a script or voiceover, I can edit it! This gig is tuned for Vox style documentaries, but I also edit high-retention creator content (Gadzhi/Hormozi style), SaaS explainers, and collage art. Message me first, I will happily point you to my right gig!
What type of documentaries do you edit?
I edit YouTube documentaries, faceless documentaries, video essays, educational videos, and explainer videos. I can adapt the editing style to your reference, whether you want something cinematic, fast-paced, or similar to creators like Vox, Johnny Harris, James Jani, or MagnatesMedia.
Can you match my existing video style and brand tone?
Yes! I carefully study your past videos and references to perfectly match your brand’s tone, pacing, and visual style, ensuring a seamless fit with your existing content.
Do you use A.I (Artificial intelligence) in the videos you edit?
Yes. I blend advanced AI tools (neural audio isolation, smart scene upscaling, and generative 3D environments) with expert human storytelling. AI automates the complex visual execution, allowing me to build premium, mind-bending documentaries faster than traditional editors.
