Are you building Shopify Store?
I am not offering to build a Shopify Store. I am building only a mobile-first web app, which opens up when customers scan the QR code plaque pasted on a gravestone.
Can be this done with a Shopify App?
No, this can not be done with the Shopify App. It has to be built custom so you can have full control, plus you can control the cost of saving media.
How the photos/videos are saved in the web app?
The media (photos/videos) are saved in the S3 Bucket provided by AWS, and the interface for the bucket will be used from Digital Ocean. This is very secure and also rendered on CDN for a faster and seamless rendering experience.
How good are you in speaking english?
I’m comfortable with both British and American English, especially since I’ve been teaching programming here for the last four and a half years.
What's the biggest challenge you had while building remember-well?
The most significant challenge was the generation of thumbnails and video rendering on all mobile devices. This was successfully addressed by developing and implementing an algorithm.
Do my users need to download an app?
No! That's the whole point. Every solution I build is a web app — users just scan the QR code with their phone camera and the page opens instantly in their browser.
Can I white-label the platform with my own branding?
Absolutely. I can build it under your domain, with your logo, colors, and branding. Your customers will never know a third party built it.
What if I want to sell QR code products (like memorial plaques)?
I can build the entire e-commerce flow — customers buy a physical product, receive a QR code, scan it, and set up their page. Just like Remember-Well.com does.
