What information do I need to prepare before Placing the Order?
To Design your book cover, I will need to know your book title, subtitle, and author's name. In case you are ordering the full cover, you will also need to provide the exact dimensions, page count, and back cover text (if needed). Feel free to share any preferences or ideas that you have.
What is my work process?
Get to know your book, investigate the niche and potential competition • Creative process of ideas and creation of the cover • First delivery of the cover completely finished • Refine the design with your indications • I give you all final files for Amazon, ACX and Ingramspark
Who will own the rights of my cover once it's ready?
Book covers based on stock photos and illustrations don't require additional licensing fees as long as the photos have been purchased with the right license and permission from the photographer (which we already do).
What files will I get?
All design files we send you will be ready for print and online digital publishing - you'll just need to hit 'upload'! We deliver publish-ready PDFs, PNG, JPEGs, Source PSD, or Al files according to the purchased package.
What are the Source file?
Source files are the files, the designer, has used to create your designs. The more well-known files include Adobe's Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign. These files should be provided to clients so they can print scalable versions of the design or edit them as they see fit.
