I can provide you a PDF document with constructive feedback for your game after playtesting it for a whole week with my groups; industry professionals and casual gamers.
Alternatively, we can playtest the game together and discuss over it at the end of the session.

Who are your playtesters?
I work mainly with two groups. The first one consists of professional game designers who have knowledge and experience in game development and with several published games. The second group is more diverse, consisting mostly of casual gamers who usually have different perspective on the games.
Can I playtest my game with you? (on Tabletop Simulator/ Tabletopia)
Yes, of course! It would be nice if you can participate especially on the very first game. Feel free to take notes or ask any questions you want to the testing team.
What if my prototype is not on Tabletop Simulator or Tabletopia?
Feel free to contact me and I will help you to set it up before playtesting the game, (essential for the Basic Package). For more details check the corresponding gig in my profile. Alternatively, you can send me your Print and Play files so I can test them... the traditional way!
Do you playtest also video games?
Yes, we do. In this case you will get 2 or 3 different PDF files with the feedback of each tester.
