I will create custom esphome firmware for your esp32 or esp8266
About this Gig
Need custom ESPHome firmware for your ESP32 or ESP8266 project, but coding isn't your thing?
I write clean, ready-to-flash ESPHome YAML configs based on real experience from my own builds.
What I can build:
- Temperature, humidity, CO, pressure sensors (DS18B20, SHT31, BME280, MH-Z19...)
- Relay control, switches, power monitoring
- Display output (OLED, TFT)
- LoRa long-range sensors and gateways
- UART protocols, custom components, deep sleep, OTA updates
- Home Assistant auto-discovery via MQTT or Native API
What you get:
- Ready to flash: YAML or .bin file
- Flashing guide (all packages)
- Wiring diagram (Standard & Premium)
- Post-delivery support (7 days Standard, 14 days Premium)
Please note: I do this alongside a shift job, so my response time is within 48h and delivery depends on complexity. Message me before ordering so we can define the scope it saves us both time.
Revisions fix errors within the agreed scope. New features = new order.
Need a Home Assistant dashboard for your ESP32? See my other gig.
Disclaimer: For hobby use only. Not for safety-critical applications. I am not liable for damage caused by use or incorrect wiring.
FAQ
I don't have Home Assistant. Can you still help?
Yes. I can deliver standalone firmware with a built-in web interface, MQTT broker support, or direct HTTP control – no HA needed.
What if you don't know my sensor?
Send me the datasheet or a product link. I'll check it before you order and let you know if it's feasible.
Can I flash the firmware myself?
Yes – it's easier than it sounds. You just need a USB cable and a free browser-based tool. I'll guide you through it step by step.
What hardware do I need?
Any ESP32 or ESP8266 board works (NodeMCU, Wemos D1, ESP32-DevKit, etc.). I'll tell you if your specific board has limitations.
Do you also program Arduino or Raspberry Pi?
This gig covers ESPHome only. For Arduino C++ or Raspberry Pi projects, message me – I may be able to help via a custom offer.
