I will recreate your confirmed content as an editable drawio diagram, so you can update the labels, move the shapes and reuse the file.

Basic: 1 diagram, up to 12 shapes, 15 connectors and 180 words.
Standard: up to 2 diagrams, 30 shapes, 40 connectors and 450 words total.

Can I edit the file myself?
Yes. The .drawio file contains native shapes, editable labels and connected lines. Open it in a compatible drawio editor. PNG and PDF files are previews.
Can you work from a blurry screenshot?
Only if the required content can be confirmed. Please provide the wording for unreadable labels and clarify ambiguous arrows. I do not guess missing steps.
Will the layout be identical?
I aim to preserve the reference layout and meaning. Font substitution and line routing can differ slightly. Pixel-identical reproduction is not promised.
Do you create or improve the process itself?
This package recreates content you provide and approve. Process analysis, technical architecture and new content development are not included.
Do you provide Visio or PowerPoint source files?
No. The editable source format is .drawio. Please confirm that this format suits your workflow before ordering.
Do you use AI?
AI and scripts may assist transcription or layout, with human checks of the final diagram. I will discuss your data restrictions before using external AI on your material. If AI assistance is prohibited, please tell me before ordering so I can assess whether I can accept the work.
What does a revision cover?
One consolidated round of layout, color or label changes within the agreed content. I correct my own transcription or connection mistakes. New diagrams or changed process logic need a new scope.
