FAQ
1. What is included in each package?
Basic: Funnel map, buyer persona, 1 competitor review, 3 action steps. Standard: Basic plus 5 email outlines, automation guidance, implementation checklist. Premium: Standard plus 7 email outlines total, detailed automation workflow, comprehensive action plan.
2. What is a sales funnel map?
A funnel map outlines the steps someone takes from discovering your business to joining your email list and considering your offer. It shows how your lead magnet, landing page, email follow-ups, and calls to action can work together.
3. What does the competitor review include?
Every package includes a brief review of one publicly accessible competitor. I'll examine relevant elements such as their lead magnet, messaging, landing page, or calls to action when available. This is a focused review, not comprehensive competitor research.
4. What is included in the action plan?
Basic includes 3 prioritized next steps. Standard includes an implementation checklist for your funnel and email follow-up. Premium provides a more detailed action plan outlining recommended steps, priorities, and automation considerations.
5. Will you write the emails for me?
No. Standard includes outlines for up to 5 emails, and Premium includes up to 7. Each outline identifies the email's purpose, suggested timing, main message, and call to action. Complete email copywriting is not included.
6. Will you build my funnel or set up the automations?
No. This gig provides strategy and planning, not technical implementation. You'll receive recommendations you can follow yourself or share with your technical support person. If you need hands-on Kartra assistance, please see my separate Kartra Virtual Assistant gig.
7. Do I need to use Kartra?
No. My funnel strategies are platform-independent. Whether you use Kartra or another marketing platform, I'll focus on the customer journey, email follow-up, and automation logic rather than software-specific setup.
8. How many funnels and offers are included?
Each package covers one business, one primary offer, and one sales funnel. Standard and Premium provide more detailed planning, not additional funnels. If you have multiple offers or need a more complex strategy, please message me before ordering.
9. What counts as a revision?
Revisions include clarifying funnel steps, refining email outlines, or adjusting recommendations. A new offer, audience, or funnel is outside the scope. Basic and Standard include 1 revision; Premium includes 2.
10. Can you plan a funnel that uses multiple platforms?
Yes. I can consider multiple platforms when planning your funnel and email follow-up. This gig provides strategy only. Technical integrations, platform configuration, and automation setup are not included.
