What information or files do you need from me to start?
All I need are clear reference photos of your product from different angles (front, back, sides, top) and its exact real-world dimensions (length, width, height). If you happen to have technical CAD files (.step, .f3d), you can send those too, but photos are completely fine!
Will the AR files be too large and slow down my website?
