FAQ
What Does a Video Sync Mean?
A video sync involves adding a voiceover that matches your existing video. I can do the video work and send you a video file too.
What is Dubbing?
This is where I replace your non-English script with my English voice over. Please send me scripts in the original language and English so I can see how they fit together. Lip syncing is not possible for these gigs.
What Does a Lip Sync Mean?
A Lip Sync is where I match an english video recording and replace the voice track with my english voice. Note unlike singing, this will never be 100% perfect as tone and intonation can vary.
Can I send a PDF File?
Sorry, it is hard to work with these. Please submit your files in doc/x format. If you only have a PDF file please contact me before ordering.
What is Commercial Use and is it included?
If you intend to use a voiceover for commercial or for-profit purposes, you will need to include the Commercial Gig extra.
What is "Full Broadcast Rights" for voiceovers and is it included?
If you plan to use a voice over in paid marketing commercials on the internet, radio and/or TV you will need to select Full Broadcasting Rights when purchasing my gigs
Is there a limit to how many words you will read for a voice over?
No. I love longer projects but they take time. Please contact me to discuss projects in excess of 10,000 words before ordering to ensure that I have the availability you need.
Can we brief you on the style of the Gig and give you directions before ordering?
Of course. I see this work as a collaboration and welcome good direction. You can include details in the script too.
What is your Revisions Policy?
I include 1 revision in the Gig. There must be no changes to the FINAL script which will include guidance on correct pronunciation and any directions you wish to include. If there are changes to the FINAL script, you will need to hire me for an another gig.
Do You Deliver Ultra Fast Deliveries?
I am always happy to try to accommodate a fast turnaround. Bear in mind that I am located in India and we may have a time difference. For personal reasons, I do work at the weekend (Sat-Sun).
