Can you add a music background track to my phone message?
Yes, of course! For only $20, I'll be happy to add a music track to your message. It will match your company image/style and be of the highest quality sourced from one of the best royalty-free music sources.
I have a ShoreTel/Mitel phone system and it requires a very special WAV format. Can you do that?
Yes, I can absolutely deliver a ShoreTel/Mitel compatible recording (as well as just about any other kind of system you can think of). Please specify the phone system and/or file format requirements when ordering.
My phone provider tells me I am limited to a 2MB file for my phone greeting. Can you do that?
Yes, many phone systems require a 2MB maximum file size. Usually this doesn't impact the audio quality unless the text of the message is very long. Please send me your script and I can absolutely confirm the 2MB requirement will be met.
