How many logos i can receive as final files?
The initial concepts logo and final logo delivery are different, if you need more than 1 logo as final delivery you need to order the additional logo extra gig.
Is the revision really Unlimited?
Yes, we do provide you with unlimited revisions as per the package that you have chosen. But overdoing small revision and causing the time frame to over extend and way too long will result the revision being limited (ie; doing a revision request 200 times without any end goals)
What i need to provide before order?
All the details requested for the logo design will be automatically asked while you place an order. But you will need the business name, what the business does, target market, etc.
Do i get a black and white version of the logo?
Yes, i will send you black and white version with their own vector files at no extra cost.
What if i need a Refund ?
We do provide a refund, but only if you provide a detailed brief requirement, constructive feedback and before doing 2 round of revision, if not you will not be able to request refund. Keep in mind that i very rarely accept refunds.
What is social media kit and stationery?
Social media kit is a cover image and post template for facebook and twitter, you can also request other social media, you just need to tell me the cover and posting sizes. I will also give you profile pictures too. Stationery is a letterhead, 2 sided Business card design, and envelope design.
How the process work?
First you will need to fill in all the required information about the project after ordering, and then i will create several logo concepts to choose in 24hours. You can choose one of the logo concepts or ask for revision if you are not satisfied and i will fix it in less than 24hours.
What is a Vector File you will deliver?
The vector file is in AI. EPS. and SVG. You can request other file type if you want to.
