About this gig

I am a licensed architect specializing in traditional (colonial, shingle style, craftsman ) and coastal style homes. I will take your floor plan and create unique exterior facades in your preferred style choice. As a minimum, you will receive realistic views on each facade based on your floor plan. If you so choose, I can also revise the floor plan per your wishes, provide views of bathrooms and kitchens, a list of materials used and create sectional and detail views of unique elements. The drawings in the premium package shall be to the detail needed for your contractor to prepare the construction (permit) drawings needed for approval and construction.

You will need to provide floor plans of each floor and any zoning, covenants or other regulatory items that will impact the design. If you have a building site, include a plat and site photos.
