I will perform videos of myself doing tutorials for the exercise of your choice. I will explain what muscles are worked and what other exercises you can incorporate to it the muscle even more. I can also talk about the right and wrong foods to eat, and calorie surpluses and deficits. Diets and why they are and aren't good.
