FAQ
Can you completely remove background noise?
It depends on the recording. Most background noise can be significantly reduced, but extremely loud noise overlapping the voice may not be completely removable. Send me a sample before ordering if you are unsure.
Can you fix clipped or distorted audio?
I can often improve clipped or distorted recordings, but severely damaged audio cannot always be fully restored. Please send me a short sample first and I will tell you what can realistically be achieved.
What audio formats do you accept?
I accept WAV, AIFF, MP3, FLAC and most common audio formats. For the best possible result, please send the original uncompressed WAV or AIFF file whenever available.
Can I send you a sample before ordering?
Absolutely. If you are unsure which package you need or your recording has serious audio problems, send me a short sample. I can evaluate it before you place the order.
