How is this different from using ChatGPT on my documents?
This system knows your documents only and understands their legal hierarchy. A declaration supersedes bylaws. An amendment carries the weight of parent document. A board resolution outranks a rule. When the documents have no answer, it says so. ChatGPT does none of that. Your board is protected.
What documents do you need from me?

Is it safe to give homeowners access to the portal?
Yes. The homeowner portal is a separate scoped app -- owners see only what the board allows. No access to board tools, correspondence, or admin features. Standard and Premium include a QR code and ready-to-send board announcement letter/email generator for immediate rollout.
Can you use our association letterhead and branding?
Yes. Standard and Premium include your logo, colors, and letterhead applied to the app interface and all DOCX output. Send your logo file and color scheme when we start. A logo and color scheme is enough to work with.
What if we need to add documents after delivery?
Basic: scoped to docs provided at delivery. Standard: one addition within revision window. Premium: 30-day support window covers additions and answer tuning. Statutory changes after delivery can be updated as a standalone service.
How is the finished application delivered?
If your association has an existing website, I deploy on a subdomain there. Otherwise I deploy on Vercel and you receive a clean URL your board and homeowners can access immediately. No technical setup required on your end.
