I will build a missed call text back automation with ai lead scoring

About this gig
Every missed call is a customer about to call your competitor. I'll set up an automation that texts them back within seconds, so the lead stays with you.
- Missed call: the caller gets your custom text right away
- Their reply is read by AI and scored hot, warm or cold, with the service and urgency
- One automatic reply: your booking link or a call-back promise
- Every caller logged in Google Sheets
- Email alert to you for hot and warm leads
- Never texts the same caller twice in 24 hours; STOP and START are handled automatically
It runs in your own n8n account with your Twilio number, so you own it and pay me no monthly fees.
Terms:
- One-time build. Revisions are available only before you accept delivery. No ongoing support is included.
- You pay for your own Twilio account and usage (often about $6-7/month for a small business).
- US business texting requires A2P 10DLC carrier registration. Carrier approval can take days or weeks, and that time doesn't count toward delivery.

FAQ
Do I need to pay monthly?
Not to me. It's a one-time build. You pay Twilio directly for your number and texts (often about $6-7/month for a small business), plus one-time A2P registration fees. Gemini's free tier usually covers the AI.
What is A2P 10DLC, and why do I need it?
US carriers require businesses to register before texting customers from a local number. I'll tell you exactly what to submit in Twilio. Approval can take days or weeks; I can build and test while you wait, and that wait doesn't count toward delivery.
Do I need n8n already?
Yes: n8n Cloud or self-hosted, reachable at a public https URL. If you don't have it yet, n8n Cloud is my recommendation and signup takes a few minutes.
Can I keep my current business number?
Yes. Your carrier forwards unanswered calls to your Twilio number, so customers keep calling the number they already know.
What happens after delivery?
It's fully yours and runs on your accounts. Revisions are available until you accept delivery. After that no ongoing support is included, but the run-and-fix guide covers common changes and fixes.
