About me

I began in a basic service role and quickly rose to service leader positions in the banking and intelligent hardware industries. My expertise spans all aspects of call center operations, including agent service, cross-sales, QA, WFM, and training. In the hardware industry, I specialized in building service systems from scratch within the after-sales department， including call center and repair center service.
