I will create a kid friendly educational minecraft treasure hunt

About this gig
Looking for something for young kids to do in Minecraft creative mode besides building and blowing things up? I will create a scavenger hunt with mysterious storyline in your existing realm. Kids will need basic reading skills and the ability to teleport. Quests can be made to include math or spelling challenges and are completely self-drive. I also include a cheat sheet showing where everything is in case something can't be found.
The hunts are designed by a dungeon master with 10 years of experience. These quests can be played in creative mode. I will need access to your realm in order to design it.

FAQ
How does the scavenger hunt work?
Your players will start somewhere in their realm. It can be an existing base they've built or a town or something of your choice. A chest will have a book with clues to find the next goal. Signs with teleport coordinates are used to guide users thru different areas. The end "prize" is up to you.
What if the players get lost?
If you want a difficult quest or have little kids playing, you will be given a text document with the coordinates of each hidden item or goal. This will help you to teleport or give extra hints if the players get lost.
What do you need to make this?
I just need access to your realm, any version of Minecraft with multiplayer will be fine. I will need Operator rights so I can do things like fill block and teleport. I often make some large structures to make it exciting (as seen in video).
I don't want you to touch parts of my realm!
No problem! If you have a big town or home base you don't want any clues hidden in or to be excluded from the hunt, just let me know. I will have the first clue teleport the players far from that area and the final clue take them back to their home base. Its all up to you.
Can we have educational content included?
Sure! I often use simple math puzzles for little kids to come up with proper coordinates to go to. We can also make more complicated non-game puzzles where you the "master" of the hunt can reward them with next coordinates to go to the next area.
Walk me thru a bit of the game!
The users start in their town and find a book in a chest that tells the to go to the nearby beach, when they fly high above the beach they can see a message 'teleport to 123 123 132' in the sand. When they teleport there, they are on the roof of a mansion. A sign tells them must find 4 books inside!
