Will you back up my data first?
Yes, always. I export your data before changing anything, so every change can be undone.
Can you remove duplicate contacts safely?
Yes. I match on email, name and company, review the matches with you, and merge only what we agree on. Merges can’t be undone in HubSpot, so the backup comes first.
Can you migrate from another CRM?
Yes, where your data can be exported (usually CSV or Excel). I map the fields, import and check the results with you. Attachments or complex history may not transfer; I tell you before starting.
How do you check that nothing is lost?
I compare record counts and sample records before and after, then send you a short validation report.
Are there limits on my HubSpot plan?
Some plans limit imports, properties or pipelines. I check your plan before quoting, so there are no surprises.
Do you need my passwords?
No. Please invite me as a user. Never send passwords in chat.
Can you also fix my pipeline and properties?
Yes. Standard and Premium include property cleanup and pipeline and lifecycle stage fixes.
