My server is down right now. How fast can you start?
Message me before ordering and I'll tell you my current availability. Basic is same-day when I'm available, and extra fast delivery is offered for urgent cases.
What usually makes a VPS slow or frozen?
The most common causes are a full disk, too little memory, a crashed service, or a process using all the CPU. I check these first and find what applies to your case.
Will I lose my data?
I make a backup before any risky change whenever possible, and I explain what I'm going to do before doing it. Fixing safely comes first.
What access will you need?
Root access to your VPS. For your security, please add a temporary SSH key and remove it after delivery.
Do you clean hacked servers or remove viruses?
No. That requires specialized security work and isn't part of this gig. If I find signs of a compromise, I'll tell you and we'll cancel the order safely.
What if you can't fix it?
If I can't solve the issue, we cancel the order. I only keep the payment for a problem I actually fix.
Can you stop it from happening again?
The Premium package includes performance tuning, monitoring and a short prevention guide, so you get an alert and clear steps if the problem starts to return.
