I'm an ILM-trained coach and experienced recruiter. I've prepared candidates for interviews at every level from first jobs to C-suite and I know what interviewers are actually looking for (and what makes them wince). Do I need to know the interview format in advance?
It helps but isn't essential. Share what you know and I'll prepare you for the most likely scenarios — and teach you to adapt if they throw something unexpected.
Is this just for senior roles?
No — I work with people at all stages. Whether it's your first management role or a director-level interview, the principles are the same, the application is tailored.
What platform do we use?
Google Meet. You'll receive a link after booking.
Can I book same day?
