Blender is the 3D modeling software that I am using.

This package will include 3D Fantasy and 3D anime stylish models with hardsurface style that most 3D Sci Fi looks like.

With those amazing 3D characters, there will be 3D weapons and rigs, as well as render images in whatever poses you want. If you need anything done, such as 3D buildings or anything else, I can do it in this 3D Hardsurface style. 

There will be texture file packs in 2k, 4k, and 8k resolutions.

I can export to the following formats for you:

All I need is a reference image of the requested 3D model.
