Q1: What do I get each month?
A: A website of up to 5 pages that works well on phones, fast and secure hosting, 3 email addresses with your business name, 2 small edits, and friendly support. All for one simple monthly price.
Q2: I'm not technical. Will you handle everything?
A: Yes. I set up your website, hosting, security and email for you. You only send me your business details. If you need anything later, just send me a message.
Q3: How soon will my website be live?
A: Within 7 days, counted from your payment and from the day I have your business details, logo, text and photos. The sooner you send them, the sooner you go live.
Q4: What do I need to send you?
A: Your business name, address, phone number and opening hours, your logo, a short description of your business, your photos, and the pages you want. It doesn't need to be perfect. I'll tidy it up.
Q5: Do I need to buy a domain (website address)?
A: A domain is your website address, like yourbusiness.com. Use one you already own or buy your own, and I'll connect it for free. Or add a .com from me for $10 for the first year. It's registered in your name.
Q6: What is a "small edit"?
A: A quick change of about 15 minutes, like updating your text, prices, opening hours or photos. You get 2 every month. Need more? Extra edits are $10 each.
Q7: What if I need more than 5 pages?
A: No problem. Extra pages are $15 each, paid once. Add "Additional pages" to your order, or message me first and I'll help you choose.
Q8: Is there a contract? Can I cancel?
A: No contract and no setup fee. Your plan renews monthly, and you can cancel any time before your next monthly order starts. Your website stays online until the end of the month you have paid for.
Q9: Will the price go up after the first year?
A: No. Your monthly price stays the same. The only thing that renews is a domain bought from me, and it renews at the registrar's normal yearly price.
Q10: Can customers order food or shop on my website?
A: Yes. Your website gets an "Order online" button that takes customers straight to your ordering or delivery page. Want a full online shop on your own site? Message me before ordering and we'll find the right way.
