I will audit your technical product positioning

About this gig
Complex products rarely have a copy problem first. They have a positioning problem: audience, value, alternatives, and proof do not resolve into one defensible story.
I audit your technical product across its website, deck, claims, and competitive context. You receive a clear diagnosis of what holds up, what is vague or overclaimed, and what should change first.
Best fit: B2B software, developer tools, infrastructure, AI/data, open source, fintech, Web3, cybersecurity, and other products that are hard to explain without flattening the technical truth.
Depending on the package, the diagnostic can include a scored assessment, buyer analysis, competitor and alternative map, claim-to-proof review, message hierarchy, and ranked action plan.
This is strategy and diagnosis, not generic copywriting. I do the research, competitive analysis, message architecture, and writing myself.
All packages are async. Calls, presentations, workshops, stakeholder sessions, and implementation support are not included. Live work needs a separate custom scope.
Message me before ordering if the product is regulated, multi-product, pre-launch, or requires confidential access.

FAQ
Do the listed packages include a call?
No. All packages are async. Fiverr messages may be used for bounded factual clarification. Calls, presentations, workshops, stakeholder sessions, and implementation support require a separately scoped custom engagement.
What exactly is a technical product positioning diagnostic?
I assess whether your product clearly communicates who it is for, what problem it solves, why it is different, and what proof makes the position credible. You receive a scored diagnosis, the most important gaps, and prioritized recommendations.
Is this brand strategy or copywriting?
No. This is product positioning strategy for a complex product or platform. It does not include visual identity, full brand strategy, website production, or finished campaign copy. Implementation can be scoped separately.
What counts as a revision?
A revision corrects factual misunderstandings or refines recommendations within the agreed product, audience, competitor set, and evidence. It does not add a new product, market, audience, competitor set, or research phase.
What if we do not have customer research?
I can still diagnose the position using your materials and public evidence. Any conclusion that lacks direct customer proof will be labeled as a hypothesis, not presented as a fact. Customer interviews require a separate scope.
What do you need from me?
Your product URL, target buyer, current objective, current messaging or deck, relevant sales or customer evidence, known competitors, and any legal, regulatory, confidentiality, or product constraints the work must respect.
Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes, if you have multiple products, several buyer groups, a regulated category, confidential constraints, an unusually technical domain, or need live collaboration. I will confirm whether a listed package fits or a custom scope is safer.
How do you handle confidential materials?
Your materials are used only for your order. I do not repurpose them for other clients, publish them, put them in a portfolio or case study, or share them with collaborators. I do not upload confidential material to external AI tools without written permission. Ask about an NDA before ordering.
