I prepare the build and listing material. You create the App Store Connect record under your Apple Developer account, which Apple requires a person to do.
Do I own the code?
Yes. You get the full source code and every asset made for your app.
Can you also build Android?
This gig is native iOS. Ask me first if you need Android and I will tell you honestly whether it fits.
