About this gig
Need a confident, baritone voice for commercials, promos, documentaries or corporate narration?
You've found the voice. My name is John Dyer, and I've delivered broadcast-quality voiceovers for over a thousand unique clients worldwide of all levels. This includes quick turnaround, ready-to-mix post-produced audio at broadcast standard, and unbeatable performance that resonates with listeners.
Take your project to the next level.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
- Free broadcast-quality .WAV audio
- Multiple options free of charge
- Free file splitting (up to 5 files)
- Basic Commercial Rights INCLUDED (organic/non-paid use)
WHAT I NEED TO START:
1. Final script
2. Desired tone or reference link
3. Usage (total number of files with my voice, medium(s) of publish)
POLICY:
Revision covers performance/tone only. Script changes post-order require a script revision add-on. Paid ads (TV, Radio, Social Ads) or monetized YouTube channels require paid usage rights. Usage rights are billed on a per-asset basis. (E.g. a 15s and 5s cutdown of the same audio will see incremental usage fees)

FAQ
What's the standard delivery / turnaround time for audio?
Three days (72 hours) at deadline, or the closest eastern (EST) time zone morning prior to it. (E.g. if you place an order on a Sunday at 1pm, delivery will be Wednesday early morning).
What's your standard / included revision policy?
Every job is delivered with stylistic options, unless a "single, clean pass" is specified, giving post production teams autonomy in editing. Additionally, every job comes included with unlimited "pickup" or patch revision on select lines. Full re-reads are billed incrementally.
Can I still get a pickup / patch / revision if the order closes?
Absolutely; in many cases, projects have large, external approval chains of multiple stakeholders - and that takes time. Every order comes with an included patch revision and if the order closes automatically, this will still be honoured. Just ask!
How do your usage rights work?
Basic commercial rights are included with all orders and include one year basic web use and offline event use. Any other usage is incrementally added to the order, like paid or unpaid social media use or television/radio broadcast use (market rates, may vary).
The video is only going on my company's website; do I need additional asset rights?
If there are paid ads driving to the website, yes. If it's organic / non-promoted use, no.
Can I get rush audio? How much extra is it?
Absolutely; pulling the delivery date forward costs $50 per day to the maximum of $150 for same-day "RUSH" delivery (within six hours or less including any pickups/patches).
Does your price include music?
No. I do not create, include or sell music in any of my gigs. "But your portfolio has pieces with music" Yes, that's because they're fully produced advertisements commissioned by big brands through pro studios. Public domain music can be added to a project for a fee.
Does your price include post production of audio?
Yes. Final project files undergo a proprietary process of cleaning and equalizing to maximize fidelity. Split files available upon request for an incremental fee. Compression is added to most orders by default; if you do not want compressed audio, please specify this at the top of the order.
Can I get the "master" track for the capture session?
Sure, but please indicate as such prior to capture, at the top of the job, or I'll be unable to accommodate the request.
Can you do character voices?
Yes, I can create net-new character voices for a given project, for an incremental fee. Please provide a full brief outlining the project requirements.
