The template is in Microsoft Word. This will allow you to make any revisions or re-use the template in the future.
What do I need to get started?
Once you book the gig, you will be asked to provide a series of documents for the performance improvement plan. Please provide all memos and performance issues for the employee & identify how you'd like their performance to improve & provide a timeline/due date for their next performance review.
Do you have an option for just the template? We would like to write it ourselves.
