What do I need to provide for the service?
You must provide the original BIOS or EC dump (.bin, .rom, or .hex format) read from your chip using a hardware programmer (like CH341A, RT809F, or SVOD). Also, please include the laptop model and motherboard part number.
Can you fix my laptop remotely without a programmer?
No. This is a digital file repair service. You need physical access to the chip and a programmer tool to flash the repaired file back to the motherboard.
What if I don't have the original BIOS dump?
In some cases, I can reconstruct a clean BIOS file using the official manufacturer's firmware. Please note: this file will NOT contain your original DMI block (serial numbers, Windows key, etc.). You will need a hardware programmer to flash it, but the laptop will be able to boot.
What if the repaired file doesn't fix my laptop?
If the issue is firmware-related, my file will work. However, if your laptop has hardware damage (dead CPU, GPU, or power circuit), no BIOS fix can solve it. I provide one revision to adjust the file if needed.
Can you restore serial numbers and DMI data if I don't have the original dump?
Yes, but this is a complex process. I can help you restore this information either through remote access or via chat instructions.
