Will I get the source file?
Yes, I can provide the source file on request. You can find the pricing of the source file in my extras.
What format will the pattern files be in?
I will provide all the elements and the main pattern file in a PNG format, and the source file is PSD or AI (if purchased as extra).
Will the pattern have a background?
Yes and no - it's up to you! I can provide the file without the background and also design and add the background that matches the pattern if you require.
Can you paint any other elements which are not mentioned in the list?
Sure! If you have any special request just reach out to me and I will gladly help you out.
What will be the resolution of the pattern?
I usually design the pattern in 1000x1000 px size. Because the pattern is seamless, it can be used on bigger surfaces without losing the elements' quality. But if you have any special requests, you can reach out to me beforehand!
Do you provide copyrights?
Yes, customer get the full copyrights to the patterns and I will not use them for my personal use or sell them to a 3rd party. You can be assured!
Do you do watercolor patterns
No, I don't.
Can I ask for revisions after delivery?
Yes of course, I don't mind doing simple revisions. In fact I believe revisions make the pattern so much better sometimes. I don't mind revisions as long as clients do not ask for extra work which we didn't discuss prior to placing the order.
