What do you need from me to start?
Clear photos of your current villa or your floor plans and elevations (PDF, image or DWG), plot size, number of floors, and 2-3 reference images of styles you like.
Can you redesign the facade of my existing villa?
Yes. Most of my projects are facade upgrades of existing villas, including adding a new floor. Send photos and basic dimensions and I'll design on top of your real building.
Will the renders match the real built result?
I design with real materials, proportions and structure in mind, and I note the materials on the elevation, so your contractor can build what you see in the render.
Do you provide construction drawings too?
Yes, as a separate service. I produce full Revit drawing sets (plans, sections, elevations, details). Message me and I'll send a custom offer.
