Do I need my own Zapier account?
Yes. You’ll need your own Zapier account so you own and control the automations. Zapier’s free plan works for simple 2-step Zaps. Multi-step workflows need a paid plan. I’ll tell you which plan fits before I start.
Who pays for Zapier and the other apps?
You do. Zapier and any third-party app subscriptions (CRM, email tools, etc.) are billed to you directly. My fee covers only the design, building, testing, and delivery of your automation.

Most popular apps work natively with Zapier. If an app has no native integration, I can often connect it using webhooks or its API. Message me before ordering and I’ll confirm it’s possible.
Can you add AI (ChatGPT or Claude) to my workflow?
Yes. I can add AI steps that summarize text, draft replies, categorize leads, or extract data. The Premium package includes this. For lower packages, message me to discuss an add-on.
Can you fix my existing Zaps?
Yes. Send me a description of the issue or an invite to your Zapier workspace. Most fixes qualify for the Basic package. Message me first so I can check the scope.
