I never used my LLC. Do I still need to close it?
An unused LLC may still have filing or payment obligations. I will review its state record and explain the applicable closure steps. Having no revenue does not automatically mean there is nothing left to file.
Can you dissolve my LLC if annual reports are overdue?
The requirements depend on your state and company status. I check before recommending additional filings. Standard includes up to one overdue annual report where required; Premium includes up to three.
Are government filing fees included?
No. Package prices cover the listed services. Government fees, outstanding taxes, penalties and third-party charges are additional. We confirm applicable costs before submission.
My LLC is already administratively dissolved. Can you assist?
Send your LLC’s state and legal name before ordering. I will check its recorded status and explain the appropriate next step. Administrative dissolution does not confirm that every state or federal obligation is settled.
Does Premium include final tax returns or IRS account closure?
Final tax returns and IRS representation are excluded. Premium includes a closure checklist and an IRS business-account closure letter draft for you to review and submit.
What documents will I receive?
Filing packages include copies of submitted documents and submission evidence. I also provide state acceptance or confirmation when issued.
How long does LLC dissolution take?
Your package delivery covers the agreed preparation and submission work after complete information, authorization and government-fee payment are arranged. State processing times vary. Any filing issue or delay will be communicated.
Can you close registrations in several states?
The listed packages cover one LLC in one state. If your company is registered elsewhere, tell me before ordering so additional withdrawal or closure work can be assessed and quoted separately.
Do you prepare and file Articles of Dissolution for my LLC?
Yes. Standard and Premium include preparation and submission of Articles of Dissolution or the equivalent closure document required by your state. Basic includes a status review only. Government fees are separate.
Which package should I choose if my LLC has overdue annual reports?
Standard includes your LLC closure filing and up to one overdue annual report, if required. Premium includes up to three required overdue reports, a closure checklist and an IRS closure letter draft. Message me first if you are unsure how many reports are outstanding.
