The filing route depends on your state and the information being changed. I check whether an amendment, address-change form or another update is appropriate. Changes covered by one form count as one filing, rather than separate charges for each detail.
My registered agent stopped responding. Can you file a registered agent change?
Yes. I can prepare and submit the agreed registered agent change using your replacement agent’s details and any required consent. Tell me if the former agent has resigned or you received a state notice. A new registered-agent subscription is separate.
Can you change my LLC name and prepare Articles of Amendment?
Yes, where applicable. I review the requested LLC name change and prepare the appropriate state amendment for your approval and signature before submission. Name availability, state fees and any additional filing requirements are confirmed before proceeding.
Can you update my IRS business address as well as my state records?
Premium includes Form 8822-B preparation and mailing where applicable, alongside the included state filings. This addresses your IRS business-address update separately from your state record. You review and sign before mailing.
Can you also handle overdue annual reports or LLC reinstatement?
These can be assessed as separate services if your LLC has missed filings or lost active status. Send the state notice or company details so I can check the additional work and provide a clear custom quote before expanding your order.
How quickly can you complete my LLC updates?
The package delivery covers my agreed preparation and submission work after receiving complete details, authorization and required fees. State and IRS processing times are separate. Tell me about any deadline before ordering so I can confirm a realistic submission timeline.
