We will discuss why you want to convert, your activities and beneficiaries, proposed trustees, membership structure and the information needed for preparation. You receive written next steps. The call provides process and document guidance, not a formal legal or tax opinion.
How many calls are included, and how do we schedule them?
Basic includes one 30-minute call, Standard includes one 45-minute call, and Premium includes two 30-minute calls. Send your time zone and two suitable time slots. We will agree an appointment through Fiverr's available calling feature before the session.
What should I provide before the call?
Send your CIC name and number, current articles, activity summary, beneficiaries, proposed trustees and financial summary. Include any regulator letters and disclose shares, debts, paid directors, property, employees or major contracts. This helps make the consultation specific to your organization.
Which areas do you cover, and can I book additional support?
This gig covers CIC-to-CIO preparation for England and Wales. Scotland and Northern Ireland require separate assessment. Extra calls and regulator-response work can be quoted separately. Included revisions cover the agreed deliverables, not new activities or substantial restructuring.
