FAQ
What do I need to provide before you start setting up my Moodle LMS?
You will need to provide your web hosting or server details (cPanel, VPS, AWS, or MoodleCloud), your brand assets (logo, color scheme), and any course material/content you want uploaded. If you don't have hosting yet, send me a message and I can recommend the best host for Moodle.
Can you integrate payment gateways so I can sell my courses online?
Yes! I can integrate Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, or WooCommerce into your Moodle platform. This allows students to pay securely for courses and automatically receive instant access upon payment.
Does my Moodle site support SCORM, H5P, and automated certificates?
Absolutely. I configure Moodle to fully support SCORM 1.2 / 2004 packages, H5P interactive activities, custom quizzes, assignments, and automated PDF certificates granted upon course completion.
Can you upgrade or fix bugs on my existing Moodle website without losing data?
Yes. I can safely upgrade your Moodle version, fix theme/CSS layout issues, repair broken plugins, and optimize site speed. I always perform a full backup of your database and site files before making any updates to ensure zero data loss.
Will I be able to manage the platform and add courses myself after launch?
Yes! Once the setup is complete, you will have full administrative control. I design clean admin panels and can provide basic instructions or a video walkthrough showing you how to add new courses, enroll students, and manage grades.
