What file formats can you work from?
DWG and DXF are ideal, but a clean PDF works fine. Even legible phone photos or scans of hand-marked paper drawings are workable — if I can't read it, I'll tell you before we start, not after.
Do you do electrical drawings?
No — piping and mechanical only. That's my trade, and I'd rather turn down work than fake it.
My redlines are really dense / the drawing needs redrawing from scratch. Same price?
No. The per-sheet price covers typical field markups. Anything unusually dense or essentially a from-scratch redraw gets an individual quote first — you approve it before I touch anything.
How do revisions work?
One reasonable correction round is included on every order — if I misread a markup, I fix it free. New changes beyond the original redlines are quoted separately.
Can you match my company's title block and CAD standards?
Yes — send your title block file or a PDF showing it, plus any layer/color standards, and I'll match them.
What does "overnight" mean exactly?
