I will execute your project as a certified project manager

You've got an idea, a goal, or a brief but no one to running it.

That's where I come in.

I'm Ben, a PRINCE2 and Google-certified Project Manager with 15+ years turning ideas into delivered outcomes. I have run big and small projects with teams of up to 32 people across NFPs, agencies, and commercial businesses I know how to take a project from "I have an idea" to "delivered, on time, on budget."

Whu work with me:

• Full project scoping goals, milestones, timeline, budget structure
• A clear plan and schedule from day one, built in Trello, Monday, or your tool
• Coordination of everyone involved team, freelancers, stakeholders
• Regular, plain-English progress updates, no jargon
• Delivery managed end-to-end, through to sign-off

Why work with me:

I don't need weeks of onboarding to be useful. I get across the detail fast, set up the structure your project needs, and run it like it's my own. Whether it's a one-off campaign, a business initiative, or a transitional project that needs an owner I'll bring the order and momentum to get it done.

Message me with what you're trying to build, and I'll tell you honestlyhow I'd approach it.
