Yes. We use trusted remote-support software. You can watch the entire session, remain in control of your computer, and end the connection at any time.
Can you repair faulty hardware remotely?
I cannot physically replace components. I can run checks to identify likely storage, memory, temperature, CPU, GPU, or other hardware faults and explain the next step.
Which versions of Windows do you support?
I support Windows 10 and Windows 11 on desktop and laptop computers. Please message me with your Windows version before ordering.
Can you guarantee that my PC will be faster?
Performance improvements depend on your hardware and the cause of the problem. I use safe, system-specific fixes and will never promise an unrealistic speed or FPS increase.
What happens if the issue cannot be fixed remotely?
I will explain what I found and recommend the safest next step. If I cannot resolve the agreed issue remotely, I will handle the order fairly through Fiverr's process.
