What do you need from me to get started?
A simple brief plus your files: raw footage, brand guidelines, logo, and any reference videos. A run of show or a note on the key moments helps us cut faster and get closer on the first draft.
We shot hours of footage. Is that a problem?
Not at all. We log the footage and select the moments that carry the story. Basic covers 30 minutes, Standard 90 minutes, and Premium up to 3 hours. If you have more than that, just send me a message; we'll define the scope together and find the right solution.
How do I send you my files/raw footage?
Google Drive works best, but Dropbox, WeTransfer, iCloud, and Mega are also accepted. For very large event shoots we can set up a dedicated folder so your team can drop footage as it comes off the cards.
Our event just ended, and we need this fast. How quickly can you deliver?
Basic Package delivers in 1 day. For larger edits, we offer a 24-hour rush add-on. Message us before you order with your deadline, and we'll confirm what's realistic rather than overpromise.
Can you edit videos shot with multiple camera angles?
Yes. We sync the audio, cut cleanly between angles, ensure consistent framing with no awkward spacing, and colour-grade everything for a polished, cohesive look. Multicam sync is included in Standard and Premium.
Can you colour-correct LOG footage and footage from different cameras?
Yes. We have experience with full-frame cameras and LOG footage, and we professionally colour grade using vectorscopes, colour wheels, and advanced grading techniques so mixed cameras match.
My required video length is longer than what's mentioned in the gig. What should I do?
That's not an issue. We can agree on a reasonable budget adjustment for longer durations. If the video exceeds the length by only 5-10 seconds, we won't charge extra.
Can you add a professional voice-over in a specific accent?
Yes. We use high-quality AI voice-overs matched to the right tone and accent. We will share three samples with you so you can choose the one you like best before we start.
Do you include background music and stock footage? Are they copyright-free?
Yes. Background music and stock footage are included in all packages. We have subscriptions to Epidemic, Storyblocks, Motion Array, and other premium platforms, so everything used is royalty-free and fully licensed.
Do you offer discounts for long-term collaborations or partnerships?
Yes. We value long-term relationships and offer monthly retainers or a 10–20% discount on the total monthly volume of projects.
