Do I need to have an existing risk register?
Yes. This gig is primarily designed for organisations that already have a risk register and would like an independent review. If you do not yet have a risk register, please contact me before ordering so I can advise on the most appropriate package or approach.
How many risks will you review?
This depends on the package selected. The Essential Review is designed for a smaller risk register or sample of risks. The Professional Assessment and Strategic Advisory packages are suitable for more detailed reviews and larger registers.
Will you rewrite my risks?
The review may include examples of improved risk wording, particularly in the Professional and Strategic packages. The aim is to help make risks clearer, more specific and more useful for management and reporting.
What makes a good risk statement?
A good risk statement should be clear, specific and linked to the organisation’s objectives. It should normally describe the uncertain event or condition, the cause or driver, and the potential impact if the risk occurs or is not managed effectively.
Will you review risk scoring?
