What's the difference between Airtable and Softr, and do I need both?
Airtable is where your data lives (like a smart spreadsheet/database). Softr turns that data into a real website, portal, or app people can log into and use — no code needed. Most projects need both working together.
I already have an Airtable base. Can you just build the Softr app on top of it?
Yes. Send me view access and I'll assess whether your base structure supports what you need, then build the front end — or clean up the base first if it needs it
Can users log in and only see their own data?
Yes — this is one of my specialties. I set up user authentication and permissions so clients, team members, or customers each see only what's relevant to them.
How long does this take?
Basic builds: 3 days. Standard: 5 days. Premium/custom platforms: 8 days. Complex integrations may need a bit longer — I'll tell you upfront during requirement review, before you order.
Can you connect Stripe, forms, or other tools to my system?
Yes — Stripe payments, contact/intake forms, email notifications, and Zapier/Make automations can all be integrated depending on your package.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Each package includes revisions, and Standard/Premium include a support window (7–14 days) for tweaks and bug fixes at no extra cost.
Do I own the Airtable base and Softr site after delivery?
Yes, 100%. Everything is built directly in your own Airtable and Softr accounts — you keep full ownership and access.
