I'm an indie author with 5+ years of beta reading experience. I love mysteries, romance, and fantasy, however, I'm open to all types of fiction.
With this mini gig, I'll help you problem-solve issues with your opening/hook, and character introductions. Afraid the hook isn't hooky enough? Or need feedback on whether the story is engaging enough and heading in the right direction? I'm here to help :)

Do you specialize in a certain genre?
I read all genres besides Horror. However, I am most skilled in Fantasy, Ya Fantasy, Cozy Mysteries, Middle-grade Fantasy, Romantic Comedies, Paranormal Romance and Ya Romance. Sci-fi/political/military are not my strong suits.
Will read my entire manuscript?
100% guaranteed I will. As a writer I understand how our books are our babies. I will give it all the attention it deserves :)
Will you proofread and or edit/fix grammatical mistakes?
No. I am not a proofreader nor editor. If I find obvious spelling mistakes while I am reading I will point them out in my inline comments from time to time however this gig is for feedback/critiques not copyediting/proofreading.
Can I give you a questionnaire to fill out?
