What is your revision policy?
Free revision is allowed only if the VO artist misread something. We do not offer any revision for tones/emotions/feelings/etc.
My script has some English words in it. Is it going to be a problem for you?
No problem at all. If there are tricky words in the script, such as last names, brand names and made-up words, please send us the pronunciation guide(audio file preferred).
What is the difference between Simplied Chinese and Traditional Chinese?
The difference is on writing only. The speaking part is the same, called Mandarin. Although the accent can be different in different part of China. And we use Simplied Chinese only in mainland China. Again, our voice over artist speaks Standard Mandarin Chinese.
I have a script in English. Can you translate it into Chinese and then record it?
