What do you need from me to start?
A short design brief: player count, core mechanics (movement, combat, abilities), target platforms, and any reference videos or art. If you have none, I can propose a minimal design.
Can you work from a Unity project or convert between engines?
I specialize in Godot prototypes; I can recreate mechanics from Unity but not directly convert binary Unity projects. I can give guidelines to port later.
Will the prototype be online (internet) or local?
Options for both. Basic is LAN/hosted; Standard & Premium include internet matchmaking and optional dedicated server setup.
Do you handle server hosting?
I provide deployment instructions. Server hosting setup is an add-on I can do (VPS/DigitalOcean). I do not provide ongoing hosting fees.
How do you handle latency and cheating?
I implement client-side smoothing, server reconciliation/authoritative checks, and simple anti-cheat logic for critical actions. Premium includes more robust protections.
Can you add art, NPCs or game progression?
Yes! but scope & pricing vary. Art and complex progression systems are available as add-ons or custom quotes.
