FAQ
Are these real human testers or automated bots?
All testing is conducted by real people on physical Android devices
Why should I order 20 testers instead of just 12?
While Google requires a minimum of 12 continuous testers, selecting 20 or 25 testers creates a safety buffer in case a tester changes devices or forgets to open the app, preventing your 14 day clock from resetting.
What happens if a tester opts out during the 14 days?
We monitor the closed testing track. If any tester drops off, a replacement tester is immediately added so your opt-in count remains compliant with Google’s policy.
