Bevis Narcisse
About this gig
Hosting a webinar, workshop or masterclass? I will build your MailerLite webinar registration and email automation system so registrants receive the right information at the right time.
I can set up your registration form, connect it to your website or supported webinar platform, organize registrants into MailerLite groups, and configure confirmation, 24 hour and 1-hour reminder emails plus post webinar follow-up.
Need Zoom integration, Google Meet details or Webflow form integration? I can connect supported tools through available native options, Make or Zapier. Attendee and no-show follow ups require reliable attendance data from your webinar platform or integration.
I test the registration to email workflow, check links and timing, and provide a clear handover so you can reuse the setup. Third party subscriptions and advanced integrations are not included unless specified.
Message me with your platform and event details to confirm the best setup.

FAQ
Can you connect MailerLite to my webinar registration page?
Yes! I can connect your MailerLite registration form to your existing website or supported registration platform. I can also configure the subscriber groups and field mapping so new registrants enter the appropriate workflow. The exact integration method depends on your website and available tools.
Can you set up 24-hour and 1-hour webinar reminder emails?
Yes. I can configure scheduled webinar reminder emails in MailerLite, including 24-hour and 1-hour reminders where the selected date and scheduling method support the required timing. I will check the event date, time zone and workflow configuration before activation.
Can you connect MailerLite with Zoom or Google Meet?
Yes. I can connect MailerLite with supported Zoom registration workflows through Make or Zapier. For Google Meet, I can include your meeting information in the automated emails and configure a supported registration connection where available. External subscriptions may be required.
Can you set up separate emails for people who attend or miss the webinar?
Yes, provided your webinar platform or integration supplies reliable attendance information. I can use that data to organize attendees and no-shows into separate groups or segments and configure different follow-up emails. This functionality is subject to platform and integration support.
Can you create a reusable automation for recurring webinars?
Absolutely! I can organize your MailerLite workflow so you can reuse the structure for future webinars. You will receive instructions explaining how to update event information, dates, meeting links and other relevant details. The exact process depends on your webinar scheduling setup.
