2. You split this into daily tasks - alternatively purchase an action plan add-on for me to help you set your goals 
3. Every single day I will message with your to do list for the day. Well have a brief check in to see how youre feeling and then youll crack on.
4. At the end of the day, youll debrief me! How did it go?
5. I will check in periodically to ensure youre staying on track
