Can you sign an NDA before our session?
Yes! I’m happy to sign a mutual NDA to protect your idea. Just send it before booking or message me first.
What kind of startups do you work with?
I work with early-stage founders across tech, SaaS, e-commerce, social impact, and more. If you have a concept, MVP, or launched product, I can help.
What if I'm late to the call or have to reschedule?
Simply message me to reschedule the call up to 6 hours beforehand. I'll join the call at the scheduled time, so make sure that you set an alarm and are ready too! Unfortunately, due to scheduling, if you're late or have to end early, that time cannot be transferred.
How do we schedule the consulting sessions?
I'm in Houston, CT (UTC-6). We'll compare calendars at the start of the order to schedule a time, then meet up with a custom link for a Google meets call.
Do you offer revisions or refunds?
I'm committed to helping you succeed, but I can't guarantee sales or results - I can guarantee that our time together will bring you value. If you believe it didn't, please let me know - and I'll reimburse you for your time.
What if I need ongoing support after the call?
My premium package includes 1-week chat support. For more, message me for a custom offer or retainer plan or subscription plan.
