I have seen a lot of content! So why am I here? Although I have a pro site, I enjoy encountering new people and works here on Fiverr. So let my experience from Hollywood studios to the biggest names in gaming work for you.
If you want a real, professional line or developmental edit, this is your gig. (My developmental edits are especially legendary.) If you are looking for cheap editing, look elsewhere! (You get what you pay for, especially with editing.)

What kinds of questions should I have answers to regarding my manuscript?
Are you satisfied with the development of your world and characters? Are you confident in your communication of the plot? Are you unsure about literary structural issues? Have you had test readers? Is your manuscript reasonably proofed (for line edits)?
What is a developmental edit? What does it cover?
A developmental edit stands back, looking at the bigger pictures your story paints, like story, arcs and continuity, comprehension, plot holes, cliché, character development, pacing issues, etc. This, my specialty edit, usually manifests in numerous sidebar notes on the above issues and more!
What is a line edit? What does it cover?
A line edit is for manuscripts with refined stories and pacing. It's a labor intensive, granular look at structure, word usage, clarity, repetition, dialogue issues, point-of-view, etc. Some of these issues I fix, some require the author's hand. It's not a "proofread," and ignores dev edit content.
