I remotely co-host and manage Airbnb's all over the world! I will use my experience to turn your Airbnb listing into a true source of passive income.

Your basics expectation includes:

Set up a killer listing"

• Detailed consultation of new or existing listing including improvements to listing description, calendar, pricing, photos, amenities, operations etc to make your Airbnb more attractive to guests!

Discuss improvements together: An experienced co-host! Someone to help return messages, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service for all guests

CONTINUED MANAGEMENT:

Co-host and management of ONE new or existing Airbnb listing

• Handling all guest communication
• Providing directions, house rules check-in instructions
• Writing and responding to guest reviews
• Managing your booking calendar
• Updating pricing

Prices to manage(1-10 listings)

Co-host and management 3 hours for 1 day at $10

Co-host and management 5h per day for 3 days at $50

Co-host and management 7h per day for 1 week at $100

I can continue to manage your listing full or part-time.
